Sharf comes from an entrepreneurial immigrant family that relocated to the US in the late ‘90s. He drew inspiration from his brother's entrepreneurial journey in the US and the impact of investing in technology. He embarked on an international career, spending eight years in Singapore and London, leading corporate turnarounds for a Global Bank.
With exposure to acquisitions, scaling, and successful exits, he pursued an MBA from INSEAD, discovering the potential of the Search Fund. Most recently, Sharf worked as a Director of Corporate Strategy for the Royal Bank of Canada. In this role, Sharf spearheads M&A and growth strategy for SMB businesses, positioning him well for acquiring and growing a mid-sized company. Based in Toronto, he enjoys his time traveling and connecting with people.

Julia is a former figure skater champion, excelling in sports and academics from a young age. Inspired by her father's role as a founding member of a Calgary energy firm, she moved to Canada as a Management Consultant specializing in analytics and operations at Accenture. With a passion for retail and consumer behavior, she earned an MBA from INSEAD.
Post MBA, Julia joined a B2B retail-tech startup as a founding member, also launching her own E-Commerce eyewear brand in Toronto. Her writing on sustainability topics was publications in the UK and Canadian tech and sustainability outlets.
Her recent experiences as a Founder and a Manager at KPMG customer experience advisory positions her well to lead her own business. Based in Miami, she enjoys dancing and writing in her spare time.
